How does Fallon develop pricing estimates?

Our Production Manager develops the preliminary budget for the project. He analyzes specifications and develops budgets using historical data and state-of-the-art software. Budgets are then categorized into 30 specific segments. This process enables our clients to not only look at the big picture, but to also look at the cost of specific line items.

What happens if I encounter changes during construction?

We anticipate that everyone will make changes throughout the construction process; therefore we have implemented a change order system. The client will approve and sign off on the change order, generated by the project manager or a project coordinator, prior to the start of any additional work.

Do you provide project budgets? And how do I know where I stand relative to the initial budget as the project progresses?

Our Production Manager estimates project costs, creating cost allowances for each phase according to the approved design. As projects progress, clients and project managers periodically review the original budgets and costs occurred to-date. When changes arise, the Fallon project manager reviews the situation with clients and provides recommendations and estimates prior to pursuing the work.

How does Fallon estimate costs?

Over the years, we have built long-lasting relationships with subcontractors and suppliers. As a result we are able to provide competitive estimates. During budget development, clients are fully involved with the process.

How often does Fallon issue invoices and what can I expect to see in them?

We find that bi-weekly billing seems to work best for all parties involved. Invoices include detailed accounting of work completed, including time and material.

What is the role of my Project Manager and how do we work together?

The Project Manager is the working foreman and on-site supervisor for your job. He is involved with clients on a daily basis, reviewing specific project details and addressing questions.
