About the Role
Project Coordinator / Assistant Project Manager (APM)
Onsite Duties:
- Conduct walkthroughs and layouts with subcontractors
- Resolve plan/site discrepancies on-field or with project management and design staff
- Review work performed by staff and subcontractors for accuracy, functionality, and quality
- Assist in punch list development and management
- Ensure clean, safe, and organized work sites
Administrative Duties:
- Address and resolve warranty concerns and maintenance work with clients, subcontractors, and staff
- Maintain client and project information in company systems
- Review building plans and subcontractor estimates, perform product research and take-offs
- Order products and materials, track and coordinate deliveries
- Assist with code review, product/finish schedules, project binders, and change orders management
Requirements
Qualifications:
2+ years of residential construction experience, preferably in high-end market.
Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Outlook.
Driver’s license and working vehicle.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Ability to deal with clients and subcontractors at all levels.
Preferred Qualifications:
2- or 4 Year college degree in a relevant field (e.g., construction management, business administration)
Massachusetts Construction Supervisor’s License
OSHA 10- or 30-hour certification
