Throughout the construction process, the experienced staff uses a proven collaborative approach with clients, architects, and designers, as well as their comprehensive cabinet and millwork shop, to be repeatedly recognized as best-in-class. Peter Fallon also believes in giving back, and has improved the quality of life for children and veterans in the communities they serve.

With over 40 years of experience, founder Peter Fallon has built a reputation for crafting luxury homes that blend timeless design with modern functionality. A leader in historic preservation and custom construction, he continues to set the standard for quality and craftsmanship across MetroWest and Greater Boston.
Brett Larson
Vice President
Brett Larson, Vice President and Director of Operations at Fallon Custom Homes, brings over 25 years of hands-on experience rooted in design and craftsmanship. Starting in the cabinet shop, Brett’s leadership and expertise have guided him through design, purchasing, and client relations to oversee operations, design, and maintenance—ensuring every project embodies precision and elegance. A lifelong woodworker and collaborator, he’s helped build Fallon’s award-winning reputation, including the 2024 PRISM Award for Most Valuable Team Member. Outside work, Brett enjoys family time, skiing, coaching youth sports, and exploring culinary adventures.
Ricky Barbosa
Fallon Fine Cabinets manager
As Shop Manager at Fallon Fine Cabinetry, Ricky Barbosa leads a team of skilled craftsmen dedicated to creating custom architectural millwork of the highest quality. With deep expertise and a passion for precision, he oversees the production of both historically accurate pieces and innovative designs using state-of-the-art machinery and the finest materials.
