About the Role
Residential Site Superintendent / Field Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all construction activities on-site and in-office
- Interpret all project plans and specifications
- Manage subcontractors, vendors, and company employees to ensure project completion on time, within
budget, and according to original plans and specifications
- Uphold construction schedules, invoice coding, control estimates, material orders, and necessary
inspections
- Maintain positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and colleagues
- Foster a safe work environment and ensure a clean, organized job site
Requirements
Qualifications:
Construction Supervisor License
